By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

ResumeUp.AI provides an AI-powered SaaS platform that enables users to create ATS-optimized resumes, generate cover letters, prepare for interviews, and track job applications. The Service is provided as a digital intangible product delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
Our Service uses third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek, for resume generation and optimization. The performance and availability of our Service may be affected by these providers' operational status. Significant disruptions will be communicated to users promptly.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you declare that you are authorized to enter into this agreement for that entity.
Our Service uses a credit-based system. You can purchase credit packs to access our AI features.
Each credit purchase is a one-time transaction. Completing a purchase authorizes ResumeUp.AI to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by law, we will collect and remit applicable taxes.
Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital Service, credit purchases are generally non-refundable except:
Send refund requests to refunds@resumeup.ai with your account email and transaction ID. We will confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact billing@resumeup.ai before disputing with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Subject to these Terms, AI content generated from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 8.
By submitting content to our Service ("Input Content"), you grant ResumeUp.AI a limited, non-exclusive license solely for providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for AI model training without your explicit consent.
Our Service uses third-party AI model providers including DeepSeek. Output Content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not liable for content generated by third-party models.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all Output Content before relying on it.
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, career development, and job search activities.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeUp.AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. If we terminate for reasons not caused by your breach, we will prorate refund unused credits. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@resumeup.ai.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact legal@resumeup.ai to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in full force.
